Tennessee River Quilt ...plus

 The local quilt guild's group quilt - made from a picture of the Tennessee River.

 This is the back of a special quilt for D* granddaughter - all of the block were made by D* - so this will be a very special quilt. Below is the front with a closer detail below that.

The colder temperatures have come sooner here in southwest Tennessee. We have had as many as 50 hummingbirds sharing 4 feeders. Have gone thru 25lbs of sugar in less than a week. But on this 17th day of September, the numbers are already dropping off - down to about 25 hummingbirds each morning. Some of them seem to fly away during the day.
